AI 53 MACGREGOR, DAYTON, OH: Circa 1900-05 smooth face, Iron with a "Shamrock" surrounded by "J Macgregor, Dayton, O". Stout shaft with the larger (early) Macgregor shaft stamping below the replaced grip. $85

AI 54 MACGREGOR, DAYTON, OH: "J Macgregor, Dayton, O" and a "Shamrock" in a circle on back of a circa 1905-1910 Iron with "Diamond-Dot" face scoring. Shaft appears original having the numbers "2912" with "1" above "2" as if "29 1/2". Grip looks like an original. G-6 $90.00

AI 58 MACGREGOR, DAYTON, OH: A virtually Mint New smooth face Jigger or Lofting Iron circa 1910-15 stamped "J A Donaldson, Glenview Golf Club, ILL". This shallow faced beauty has no other markings, but the grip and shaft look like those used by Macgregor during this time frame. G-9+ $150

AI 59 NICHOLLS, BERNARD, BOSTON: A circa 1905 "Mashie Niblick" with a "Dot Ball" punched face. The back stamped "Bert Nichols, Special". Georgiady writes in "North American Club Makers" that "Bernard" went by "Ben". Apparently, at some period in his club making career, he went by "Bert" as well. G-7+ $85.

AI 60 NICHOLLS BROTHERS, BOSTON: An outstanding smooth face Iron stamped "Nicholls Special" on the concentric back weighted head. "106" on the original shaft below a great looking russet grip. G-8 $125

AI 63 PARTRIDGE, HORACE, BOSTON: Circa late Teens Mussel back, hyphen face scored "Mashie". "Model Seven" at the toe and "Hand Forged" at the heel. Similar to early Thomas E. Wilson clubs. G-7 $75.00

AI 64 PEABODY, BOSTON: A circa 1900 smooth face "Carruthers" thru hosel shafted Cleek stamped "Peabody, Boston" in bold tiny letters. Grip is a replacement. A nice early American Cleek. G-7+ $125

Four rows of widely spaced deep dots have been added to the face. Club has been shortened for Lady or Juvenile play. All back markings are strong and bold. Quite a scarce club. G-6 $65
